Position Overview We are seeking a strategic and hands‑on Marketing Manager to lead our growing marketing team. This role will oversee all marketing activities across multiple locations, manage a Digital Marketing Coordinator and Marketing Assistant, and drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement through both digital and traditional channels. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business goals to drive sales growth and brand awareness. Lead, mentor, and manage the on‑site and off‑shore marketing teams to ensure high performance and collaboration. Coordinate marketing efforts across multiple locations to maintain brand consistency. Travel to branch locations Australia‑wide to support marketing initiatives, build relationships with stakeholders, and identify business opportunities. Provide commercial‑based decision support to senior management, analyzing market trends, sales data, and customer feedback to inform business decisions. Manage the marketing budget expenditure. Conduct market research, adapt rapidly to market changes and adjust marketing strategies to stay ahead of the competition. Campaign Management Plan and manage multi‑channel campaigns including digital, print, events, and partnerships. Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to optimize ROI. Oversee content creation, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and social media initiatives. Oversee photography and graphic design. Oversee organisation of trade events. Digital Marketing Oversight Guide the Digital Marketing Coordinator in managing website updates, analytics, paid ads, and social media. Ensure digital strategies align with broader marketing goals. Oversee engaging content creation, including product descriptions, blog posts, videos, and social media posts, to showcase product benefits and features. Oversee digital agencies to ensure ROI. Brand & Communication Maintain and evolve brand identity across all platforms. Oversee and develop creative marketing materials, product brochures, and promotional assets. Collaborate with sales and product teams to support launches and promotions. Reporting & Analysis Track KPIs and prepare regular reports on marketing performance. Use data‑driven insights to inform decision‑making and improve campaign effectiveness. Skills & Experience 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms. Demonstrated experience with digital marketing tools and platforms including Google Analytics/Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, email platforms, SEO/SEM tools, CRM systems, and marketing automation. Experience managing teams and coordinating across multiple locations. Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills. Familiarity with the healthcare or mobility industry (preferred but not essential). Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field is required.
