We are expanding and are seeking a qualified marketing executive ideally with Floristry experience to join the team, in our Sydney base in Silverwater. About the Role: Our ideal candidate is someone who has exceptional marketing background, social media exposure, people management and customer service skills along with an understanding of flower presentation. We are looking for someone who has a genuine skill and love of marketing to consumers and who loves to build and maintain relationships with our customers, ensuring their expectations are exceeded with each order. Duties and Responsibilities: Manage and lead all agencies, contractors and an inhouse team - across performance media, content, design, SEO, events & customer marketing. Delivering a “revenue results” approach as a team, whilst consistently looking at ways to maximize ROI from all marketing channels. Ideation and execution of creative ways to take our brand to market - positioning us as the best at what we do with SMEs and large enterprises. Brand and revenue expansion locally and globally - continuing our national expansion, growing our lead generation engine globally and growing brand recognition. These may be through other brands. 3x established markets, and more ready for launch. Managing the go-to-market-launch of new services across the brands. Owning & ensuring optimal performance of all our online assets. Data driven approach to marketing - ensuring ROI is tracked across all activity, consistently reported on, and fed back to the board for further analysis. Working hand in hand with the CEO to ensure sales & marketing are 100% aligned, creating a continual constructive feedback loop to maximize returns from marketing. What we are looking for: You will need to be a qualified marketing graduate with at least 5 years’ experience Have a passion for marketing to consumers Be a self-starter and able to work well with a team Have effective communication and fantastic presentation skills Be able to provide leadership and direction to the team #J-18808-Ljbffr
