MS Plus is seeking a motivated Campaign Manager to lead and deliver our Community Fundraising portfolio across Victoria, NSW, ACT, and Tasmania. You’ll manage large-scale fundraising campaigns, coordinate events, and work closely with supporters and stakeholders to drive engagement and revenue. This is a project-focused, outward-facing role, ideal for someone with marketing, fundraising, or event management experience. The role is full-time, based in Blackburn (VIC), with hybrid working options. What You’ll Be Doing Plan, manage, and oversee MS Plus’s Community Fundraising campaigns, including peer‑to‑peer and community events. Develop and implement multichannel marketing campaigns, including digital, direct, and supporter communications. Build and maintain relationships with internal teams, external suppliers, and agencies to ensure campaign success. Monitor campaign budgets, schedules, and revenue, providing insights to optimise performance and ROI. Report on campaign progress, risk mitigation, and opportunities for improvement. Support strategic growth of unrestricted income and delivery of significant fundraising targets. Contribute to broader strategic planning and development of operational processes. Attend events on weekends and occasional interstate travel as required. What You’ll Bring 3–5 years’ experience executing marketing or fundraising campaigns, ideally in the not‑for‑profit sector. Proven experience delivering large-scale campaigns with a revenue growth focus. Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and priorities. Experience in digital marketing and/or fundraising to achieve campaign outcomes. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. High proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with marketing automation tools. Experience with peer‑to‑peer fundraising platforms such as Fundraising . Experience managing merchandise suppliers or campaign incentive strategies. What We Offer Competitive salary and full‑time position. Salary packaging: $15,900.00 of your base salary tax free & up to $2,650.00 meal & entertainment.
