Key Responsibilities Represent Maison Solitaire with warmth and professionalism, offering every client a memorable luxury experience. Engage with customers online, guiding them through their journey of choosing engagement and wedding jewellery. Build lasting relationships with clients and ensure continued trust and satisfaction. Develop expert knowledge of our ethical lab‑grown diamonds, gold and silver craftsmanship, and collection stories. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals while maintaining Maison Solitaire’s standard of authenticity and care. Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to align sales conversations with brand values. Stay informed about jewellery trends, sustainability, and evolving consumer preferences. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in e-commerce. Demonstrated success in online jewellery sales or client relationship management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an elegant presentation style. A passion for ethical luxury, design, and storytelling. Strong organizational and goal‑oriented mindset.
