Duties include (but not limited to): Conducting onboarding sessions to understand client payroll requirements, award interpretations, and technology stack (Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks, Employment Hero, ADP, Micropay). Manage end‑to‑end payroll processing for multiple clients, supported by Payroll Officers. Schedule and conduct regular client meetings (monthly and quarterly) to review payroll performance, compliance, and address client needs. Monitor and report on client payroll health scores, including accuracy, compliance, and satisfaction metrics. Deliver hands‑on client training and knowledge transfer sessions on payroll systems and compliance. Requirements: Proven experience in end‑to‑end payroll processing in a Public Practice, Professional Services or multi‑client environment. Ability to manage own practice by accurately recording WIP, billing to target and keeping debtors under control. Strong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation and awards. Strong communication and client service skills, including experience in conducting client meetings and reviews. Proficient in the use of the payroll software. (Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks) Why Join Us?
