Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts and documents. Advise on regulatory impacts including data, privacy, tech, and AI considerations. Monitor changes in law, policy, and regulation and advise on implications for the business. Support stakeholder training and day‑to‑day legal clinics. Collaborate closely with Senior Legal Counsel, Head of Legal, and global colleagues. Education and Experience Must hold an Australian or New Zealand practising certificate. A minimum of 6+ years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in a law firm or in‑house legal setting. Experience in commercial, corporate, litigation, IT, or IP law is required. A passion or interest in AI, legal technology, or exposure to working with AI tools/projects is highly regarded. Strong drafting, negotiating, and commercial judgment skills are essential.
