We are seeking an experienced and innovative Employee eLearning Manager to lead the design, development, and delivery of online learning programs. This is a full-time temporary role, ending in December 2026, and your chance to shape our employee eLearning strategy and ensure the effective management of our Learning Management System (LMS). About the Role As the Employee eLearning Manager, you will play a key role in creating engaging, compliant, and impactful learning experiences that support the growth of our people. Key Responsibilities Drive the design, governance, and ongoing improvement of CSPD’s employee eLearning. Oversee the creation and enhancement of online modules in collaboration with subject matter experts. Manage the Employee Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring functionality and a seamless learner experience. Conduct training needs analysis, report on learner engagement, and provide insights to drive continuous improvement. Research and implement best practice instructional design to enhance engagement and streamline processes. Partner with schools, support teams, and external providers to deliver high‑quality eLearning initiatives. About You Relevant qualifications and a proven track record in management and leadership. Expertise in instructional design, online learning delivery, and LMS administration. Strong skills in stakeholder management, negotiation, and influence. A commitment to the Catholic ethos of CSPD.
