Key Responsibilities Plan, prepare, and cook a wide range of Chinese dishes, including stir-fries, soups, and specialty items. Ensure all meals are prepared with consistency, quality, and efficiency. Monitor food stock levels, order supplies, and manage kitchen inventory. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen according to food safety standards. Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure smooth daily operations. Assist in menu planning, portion control, and cost management. Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef in a commercial kitchen (preferably Chinese cuisine). Strong knowledge of traditional Chinese cooking techniques and ingredients. Excellent time management and organisational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. Commitment to maintaining high food safety and hygiene standards.
