ABOUT THE ROLE As a Manager Chisholm Online, your key responsibilities include: Build industry partnerships, develop online and responsive delivery models, and contribute to business sustainability. Oversee innovative delivery models, course development, and continuous improvement in training and assessment. Prepare commercial, student and client focused solutions in line with specific customer requirements to ensure business growth and customer satisfaction. Ensure compliance with legislation, regulatory standards, government requirements and Chisholm policies and practices across all business areas. Identify and develop relationships with external providers and agencies to collaborate on design and delivery solutions to drive better outcomes that can be measured and assessed. Manage budgets, reporting, compliance, and risk to align with organisational goals. ABOUT YOU You are a dynamic leader with a proven track record in driving business growth and educational excellence. You are a highly motivated individual who will champion continuous improvement, ensure compliance, and deliver high‑quality outcomes aligned with Chisholm’s Strategic Plan. Your demonstrated ability to build rapport and effectively engage with a diverse range of stakeholders is underpinned by your excellent written and verbal communication skills along with your interpersonal skills. Qualifications required for the role: Tertiary qualification in management or an area of this business portfolio or a related discipline Highly Desirable TAE50122 Diploma of Vocational Education and Training Practice (or equivalent) TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (or equivalent) ABOUT US Chisholm is one of the largest vocational training providers in the state with a team of over 1,400 dedicated staff supporting 41,000 students who choose to study at Chisholm and training at our modern campuses across Melbourne’s southeast and online.
