Responsibilities Writing blog posts and landing pages – Craft long‑form blog posts, write high‑converting landing pages, and ensure all content speaks to the client’s audience and ranks well on Google. Designing wireframes – Create low‑fidelity wireframes for landing pages or websites based on the content you write to enhance user experience and improve performance. Managing clients and tasks – Work directly with your assigned clients (typically 3–5) via Slack, track tasks, document progress, and ensure everything runs smoothly. Improving Google Ads and lead quality – Monitor ad campaigns, improve profitability, and ensure the leads coming in meet the client’s expectations. Improving SEO performance – Create keyword strategies, optimise content, and improve client websites to get seen and rank higher on search engines. Tracking results and improving profitability – Measure lead quality, conversions, and campaign performance, and adjust as needed to keep campaigns profitable. Suggesting strategies and optimisations – Use your digital marketing knowledge to propose new ideas that improve results across Google Ads, SEO, or website design. Collaborating across the team – Work closely with other team members in a flat, collaborative environment, sharing ideas and ensuring every campaign gets the attention it needs. Improving processes – Record Loom videos and document ideas to improve workflows, helping make the way we work better and more efficient.
