Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health Project Manager Join as a Project Manager for the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health Program at Darling Downs Hospital and Health Service. This role supports the delivery of local health initiatives, contributes to workforce planning, and ensures projects are culturally inclusive and community‑focused. What your day will look like Collaborate with health teams, community organisations and stakeholders to coordinate projects that improve access and outcomes. Monitor project progress, prepare reports and support workforce development. Engage directly with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander consumers, facilitating meetings and participating in cultural events.
