What Your Day Will Look Like You’ll be at the heart of service delivery—guiding teams, building strong community connections, and ensuring programs are culturally responsive and evidence-based. Your work will involve collaborating with health professionals, supporting patients and families through advocacy and referrals, and mentoring staff to foster a positive workplace culture. You’ll also manage operational plans, monitor performance, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance health outcomes.
