Help strengthen health outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities in the Darling Downs region. As a Project Manager, you’ll support the delivery of local health initiatives, contribute to workforce planning, and ensure projects are culturally inclusive and community-focused. This role suits someone who values collaboration, cultural respect, and making a practical difference in a regional setting. What Your Day Will Look Like… You’ll work with health teams, community organisations and stakeholders to coordinate projects that improve access and outcomes. You’ll monitor progress, prepare reports, and support workforce development while engaging directly with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander consumers. Whether facilitating a meeting, reviewing a project milestone or participating in a cultural event, your work will reflect the values of compassion, integrity and dignity that guide Darling Downs Health.
