Advisor Diversity and Inclusion Clerk Grade: 7/8Salary Range: $113,574 - $125,720 + superEmployment Type: Full-Time, Temporary opportunity from 22 January to 18 June 2026Location: Hybrid opportunity, located in Haymarket with some travel to Gosford and Parramatta for team meetings (flexible working arrangements, including days at an approved workplace, office or related site, will be discussed and agreed in line with the Department of Customer Service DCS Flexible Working Policy)Division: People and Culture, People Innovation and Experience About the role A fantastic opportunity is currently available for an Advisor, Inclusion to join the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion team in a temporary full‑time position. This imperative role will work across the DEI team to support the development and launch of our Multicultural Plan 2026‑2030 and Disability Inclusion Action Plan 2026‑2030. You will: Provide advice on diversity and inclusion strategies and practices to deliver compliance with organisational and government objectives. Partner with team members to develop long‑term strategies and initiatives within a comprehensive framework to contribute to diversity and inclusion across the organisation. Prepare high quality reports and submissions to track program and plan progress and support decision making in relation to diversity and inclusion functions. Translate complex data and stakeholder feedback into actionable insights. Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to ensure alignment and impact. Maintain awareness of relevant issues, policy obligations, insights, challenges, industry trends and practices, and recommend innovative solutions. Looking for more information?
