A job to be proud of: Are you a proactive and organised administrator with a passion for supporting training and operations? We are looking for a dedicated Training and Equipment Support Officerto join our Training and Equipment team based in Geraldton on a 6 month contract, Full Time basis (37.5 hours per week) . In this support role, you will work closely with the Regional Training & Equipment Team, providing high-level administrative assistance across training administration and operational logistics. Your strong coordination skills and attention to detail will help ensure smooth processes, efficient communication, and a high standard of service delivery. What you’ll do: Assist with the development of policies and procedures Provide administrative support to regional sub-centres and volunteer teams Maintain accurate records and documentation for RTO compliance Manage scheduling of meetings and appointments, including agenda preparation and minute-taking Support the Regional Operations Manager with daily operational needs Coordinate public and private training sessions and monitor enrolments Assist with professional development tasks for operational staffs Manage travel, accommodation, and vehicle bookings Process timesheets accurately for operational staff Contribute to delivering function projects on time and to a high standard Support onboarding processes for new operational staff. What you’ll need: Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar administrative role Certificate III in Business Administration (desirable) Experience in working in an RTO or a corporate setting (desirable) Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities High attention to detail and excellent written/verbal communication skills Understanding of training-related operational processes and systems Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
