About The Role As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of strategic and key accounts to achieve long-term success. You will provide exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their business requirements and demands are met. Each day will be different for you where you might see yourself involved in receiving and actioning an inbound enquiry from potential clients, carrying out client site surveys, replying to tender opportunities, learning about the latest and greatest AV products or attending supplier functions and networking events. You may be in a Sales Coordinator role looking for more of a challenge, or you may be an existing Sales/Account Manager, looking to transfer to an organisation with greater career potential. To be successful in this role, you will need: Previous sales experience within technology industry, with AV preferred. A proven track record in managing, maintaining and building business relationships Outstanding negotiating and communication skills Sound business acumen and strong understanding of business ethics and culture A proven ability to think strategically and contribute at all levels A sound technical aptitude A talent for creating inspiring and methodical documentation for the preparation of tenders, quotations and scope of works An understanding of Audio-Visual System Designs and Technical Drawings would be highly desirable A current Australian Drivers Licence Our highly skilled in-house Engineering team will provide the successful candidate with the required technical support and product knowledge needed to fulfil the role.
