Join a high-energy team that rewards drive, tenacity and results . What You’ll Be Doing Manage and grow key accounts while hunting and winning new business opportunities. Use consultative selling and discovery skills to understand client challenges and craft tailored solutions. Build strong relationships at all levels of client organisations. Apply proven sales methods like MEDDPICC, Challenger or SPIN to qualify opportunities, forecast and close deals. Work closely with technical, engineering and delivery teams to ensure projects run smoothly. Keep your pipeline healthy and consistently hit or exceed targets. What We’re Looking For Proven B2B sales experience , preferably in tech or a closely-related industry. A track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets . Competitive drive paired with a genuine desire to deliver effective solutions for clients. Strong communication and negotiation skills , with a relationship-first mindset. Comfortable managing both large enterprise accounts and smaller one-off projects . Experience with audiovisual, ICT or integration solutions is a bonus, but your attitude, curiosity and resilience matter most. What’s On Offer $85,000 – $100,000 base + super + competitive bonuses .
