About the Role Arrotex seeks a highly motivated, results‑oriented National Account Manager to develop and maintain strong relationships with our national key accounts, drive sales growth, and ensure customer satisfaction. Role & Responsibilities Discover the customer’s professional priorities and intended results, identifying and articulating the value to support their sustainable competitive advantage. Manage the relationship with designated National Accounts. Develop and sustain excellent relationships with buying teams and senior management at the National account level. Collaborate with the sales team and merchandising assets to deliver outstanding results for both the customer and Arrotex. Liaise between key customers and Arrotex to ensure timely communication of information. Lead a cross‑functional, customer‑focused account plan by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. Identify specific tactics with agreed timelines and target goals. Generate monthly performance reporting and provide regular updates on the annual plans. Lead new product launches aligned with strategic marketing campaigns, advancing and increasing distribution and sales velocity with Key Accounts. Skills & Experience 4+ years’ experience in a similar National Account Manager role in a complex workplace environment. Experience delivering outstanding administrative and project support, managing a high volume of tasks with competing priorities. Demonstrated skills in achieving sales, profitability, and budget goals. Ability to effectively implement sales and marketing strategies. Understanding of trade spending effectiveness (efficiency of promotional activity is preferred). Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
