Outbound Account Executive

You will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle from building a pipeline through prospecting, booking meetings and owning the sales processing from initial outreach to demo and close. You’ll be part of an evolving company that is changing the way that business owners and their customers engage with each other in Retail. What you’ll be doing: Generating pipeline with a combination of phone and email outreach Reaching out into specific market segments as defined by leadership and learning from cadences & constantly optimising touchpoints Lead one‑on‑one screen‑sharing presentations/demos as required Manage a sales pipeline with multiple prospects utilising Salesforce, forecasting sales pipeline to leadership, ensuring monthly KPI’s are met Meet the proper SLA, which can be measured in GTV, Business Type, Timeline, and other key differentiators Work within a team environment to collaboratively grow the business Work with management on pricing negotiations Achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly quotas What you need to bring: We're looking for a candidate who has experience with the following: Experience with outbound sales, calling into cold leads and converting conversations into meetings You have experience forecasting a pipeline and daily/weekly/monthly KPI’s You have a track record of top performance in your previous role You are excited to build your career at Lightspeed We know that people are more than what’s on their CV.
