Business Development Manager – NSW Territory Field role. Construction tech with impact. If you’re a relationship builder who loves the flexibility of being in the field, building real connections, and selling a product that practically sells itself, this role is for you. A fast‑growing SaaS and digital services company transforming health & safety management in the construction industry is looking for a Business Development Manager to own the Queensland territory. You’ll be based in and around Sydney SBD and Suburbs, working with builders, contractors, and partners to drive adoption of a platform that simplifies compliance, enhances safety, and streamlines operations. Base pay range: A$100,000.00/yr – A$120,000.00/yr Motor Vehicle Allowance. Why This Role? $100K–$120K base salary + motor vehicle allowance $200K–$240K realistic OTE (top performers already achieving this) 70%+ close rates on demos, sell a product that wins fast Hybrid flexibility, manage your own schedule between office, home, and client visits Play a key role in a high‑growth company making construction sites safer and smarter What You’ll Actually Do: Own and grow a high‑potential sales territory across NSW Attend trade shows, industry events, and partner activations to build pipeline and brand presence Build brand presence and alliances in your territory, developing a structured territory plan and leveraging CRM tools to stay on top of your pipeline Act as a trusted advisor, helping small to mid‑sized builders and contractors understand the long‑term value of the platform Create intrigue and curiosity that has you feeding leads to your inside sales team to close deals What We’re Looking For: 2+ years in B2B SaaS or construction technology sales with a strong track record of closing deals Consultative selling ability, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close Industry knowledge in construction, safety, or compliance‑driven environments (highly desirable) Networking and relationship‑building skills with builders, contractors, and compliance managers Proactive, self‑motivated, and target‑driven mindset with a focus on exceeding revenue goals Excellent presentation and communication skills—comfortable leading demos, webinars, and in‑person meetings What Success Looks Like: Build a personal brand and alliances that represent HazardCo in the NSW region Consistently hit and exceed monthly revenue targets Educate and create long‑term relationships within the building and trades industries Earn $200K+ in your first year while shaping how construction firms approach safety and compliance Why Join?
