We are a well-established GP practice on the Gold Coast seeking an experienced Practice Manager to oversee daily operations and support our clinical team. This role is ideal for someone confident, organised, and able to run a smooth, patient-focused practice. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day practice operations Lead and support administrative and clinical staff Maintain compliance, accreditation and policy standards Oversee patient flow, billing and appointment systems Manage rosters, HR tasks, stock and supplier coordination Implement workflow improvements and system efficiencies About You 2–3+ years GP or medical practice management experience Strong Best Practice software experience (required) Excellent communication and leadership skills Strong understanding of compliance and Medicare processes Highly organised with a calm, solutions-focused approach Passion for delivering high-quality patient care What We Offer Supportive working environment Stable, long-term role with room for growth Competitive salary based on experience If you’re proactive and looking for a rewarding management role within a respected GP practice, we welcome your application. #J-18808-Ljbffr
