As a part of our Claims team, your role is central to Youi’s reputation and relationships. You play a crucial part in end-to-end service delivery of motor claims when our customers need us the most. By being the point of contact for clients and all service providers, you'll utilise your exceptional problem‑solving and communication skills to ensure our clients have a positive and memorable claims experience. About The Role Full‑time and onsite, working Monday to Friday at our Ann Street office Induction training, required for the first 3 weeks, conducted at our Chermside office Manage your own portfolio of motor claims Help our customers in their time of need by processing their claims from start to finish Problem solving to reach outcomes that work for both our clients and Youi Be a direct point of contact for customers, service providers, and assessors to ensure the smooth processing of each claim About You Familiarity with case or portfolio management is highly regarded Exceptional attention to detail, with experience in administration a bonus Great communication skills to effectively present and articulate information Skilled at multitasking and thrives in a busy environment Strong problem‑solving skills and sound decision‑making capabilities Don't tick every box?
