This is a high-impact role that blends strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and strong relationship management to drive sustainable growth. You’ll lead joint business planning, deliver category-led solutions, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure excellence in execution. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the national commercial relationship with Woolworths. Develop and execute Joint Business Plans (JBPs) to drive profit, share, and in-store excellence. Negotiate pricing, agreements, and strategic growth initiatives aligned with business goals. Build and execute channel strategies for grocery retail, leveraging insights and market data. Influence internal stakeholders to align NPD, brand plans, and supply chain priorities with customer needs. Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Category, Finance, Supply Chain, and Field Sales. Deliver on revenue, volume, margin, and trade investment targets. Lead forecasting, budgeting, and monthly sales reviews for your customer group. To Succeed With Us: 7+ years of FMCG sales experience, including 3+ years in national account management. Proven success managing Woolworths or similar major retail accounts. Strong commercial acumen and experience with P&L and JBPs. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to influence cross-functionally and lead cross-departmental projects. Proficiency in category data tools (IRI, Nielsen), Excel, and PowerPoint. Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Willingness to travel interstate as required.
