We’re growing fast and looking for a switched‑on On‑Premise Sales Manager who knows Sydney’s hospitality scene inside out. Someone who’s got the contacts, the hustle, and the confidence to walk into any venue and make magic happen. The Role You’ll be our boots on the ground in Sydney or Melbourne — building relationships, opening new doors, and spreading the word about our tequila. This role is all about people: connecting with bar owners, restaurant managers, bartenders, and brand advocates who vibe with what we stand for. It’s part‑time (2 days a week), but we want someone who can make a full‑time impact. What You’ll Be Doing Grow our on‑premise presence across Sydney’s or Melbournes best bars, restaurants, and venues. Tap into your black book of contacts to open new accounts and build long‑term partnerships. Host tastings, staff trainings, and events that bring our story (and spirit) to life. Negotiate listings and visibility opportunities that get our bottles behind the bar — and in people’s hands. Work with our brand and marketing team to roll out creative activations and experiences. Keep an ear to the ground on what’s trending in the scene — and where we should be next. You Are: A natural connector who lives and breathes the Sydney or Melbourne hospitality world. Experienced — ideally 3+ years in on‑premise liquor or beverage sales (spirits a plus, tequila a bonus). Well‑connected with a strong list of premium bars, restaurant, and venue contacts. Confident, genuine, and not afraid to get your hands dirty (boots on ground energy). Self‑motivated and organised — you know how to make things happen without being micromanaged.
