This role helps older Australians and their representatives navigate the pathway from home to residential aged care with genuine care and compassion. Play an integral part in helping Autumn Aged Care achieve bed-fill and revenue targets. Working in a small team and collaborating with the Executive and Home Management Teams, your responsibilities include working closely with potential residents and their representatives guiding them from initial enquiry to on-boarding and supporting them through the complex residential aged care process. Your day-to-day activities will include: Delivering an excellent customer experience to residents and/or their representatives as they transition from home to residential aged care. Stimulating and assisting incoming enquiries, home tours and providing expert advice around aged care admissions. Providing guidance to residents and/or their representatives in understanding the financial aspects of residential aged care. Building strong relationships with referrers including local hospital networks, home care providers, local GP practices and retirement villages as well as our home management teams at each of our aged care homes. Assisting with the achievement of home occupancy rates to achieve financial sustainability. To thrive in the role, you will be required to learn and deliver: Exceptional customer service guiding residents/representatives through the residential aged care pathway from initial enquiry to admission. Sales experience within the healthcare industry (preferred but not essential). Be passionate, results-oriented and a hands‑on individual who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and inspires and motivates others. Financial and commercial acumen with demonstrated attention to detail. High empathy and emotional intelligence to build trust and show integrity. Build strong networks and maintain effective relationships to ensure strong sales outcomes. Show care by listening carefully and seeking feedback. To solve problems by being collaborative, creative and analytical. Develop a deep understanding of current Aged Care fees, charges and their applications. Negotiation and problem‑solving skills. High level verbal and written communication skills. Strong IT capability including CRM, Microsoft Office and other operating systems. Develop experience working in complex environments as part of a multidisciplinary team and ability to juggle competing priorities while fostering effective working relationships. Clear National Police Record Check/NDIS clearance.
