Position Overview We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Chefs to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in diverse cuisines, excellent leadership abilities, and a genuine passion for creating memorable dishes. This role involves supervising kitchen operations, managing staff, ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation, and maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen environment. Roles & Responsibilities Plan menus, estimate food and labour costs, and order food supplies Monitor the quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation Discuss food preparation concerns with Managers, Dietitians, kitchen staff, and waiting staff Demonstrate cooking techniques and advise on food preparation procedures Prepare and cook food to high standards Explain and enforce hygiene and safety regulations Select, recruit, and train kitchen staff (as needed) Freeze and preserve foods following proper standards Qualifications Proven experience as a Chef Strong record of effective kitchen management Excellent problem‑solving abilities Ability to delegate and manage multiple tasks efficiently Strong communication and leadership skills Knowledge of current culinary trends and optimized kitchen processes Familiarity with computer programs (MS Office, POS systems, restaurant software) Credentials in health and safety training Culinary school diploma or degree in food service management (preferred) How to Apply If you are a passionate and dedicated Chef seeking an exciting opportunity to grow your career, we would love to hear from you Please send your resume and a cover letter outlining your experience and why you would be a great fit for our team to: #J-18808-Ljbffr
