Join our mission to provide healthcare that makes a meaningful difference in diverse communities About the Role In this role, our Practice Manager will be pivotal in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of our clinic, while serving as liaison between our clinic and MyFast Medical Group. Your duties will include but not be limited to: overseeing front-desk, admin & GP coordination recruiting/training/developing clinical and reception staff maintaining compliance with legislation & quality standards managing financial operations, billing and inventory experience in accreditation process optimising workflows & supporting rebranding/growth strategies. What We're Looking For Full Australian working rights essential Min. 3-5 years GP practice/Family clinic management experience essential Current Police Check (or willing to obtain) Local knowledge of Melbourne's western suburbs preferred Proven proficiency with medical software systems & financial management.
