We are looking for a Customer Service / Membership Officer for a leading Non for Profit based in the city. Working 4 days a week (negotiable which days) normal office hours. You will handling inbound calls, outbound calls and emails from members. The role is a combination of inbound and outbound phone calls and administration. You will be dealing with an older demographic of customers. Based in the Brisbane CBD, after probation this is a hybrid working from home 2 days and office 2 days Monday to Friday office hours. Great team culture, ongoing development, incentives and also, celebrate your birthday with an extra day off Key Responsibilities Speak with current and prior members. Conduct surveys with members. Manage administration processes supporting their membership. Process payments Handle enquiries including application of new members. Retention of members About you Strong customer service experience Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Strong computer skills Strong time management and organisational skills Ability to work in a fast paced, high-pressured environment. Longevity in you your prior roles Ability to build a strong relationship with the client. You will ideally have a background working in Customer Service or Administration.
