You'll need strong communication and organisational skills , to ensure a seamless and delightful experience for our customers About the role Customer Support: Assisting customers across calls, emails, and text messages. Case Management: Guiding customers from their initial service request through to issue resolution. Scheduling: Efficiently booking service technicians and managing calendars for timely service delivery across Australia. Administrative Support: Maintaining data integrity across various platforms and handling invoicing and payments. Continuous Growth: We provide ongoing skill development supported by your peers and manager. If you have relevant industry experience (like plumbing, water filtration, or utility operations), you'll be able to hit the ground running. What are we looking for?
