Role Overview As the Sales Executive, you will develop and execute strategic sales plans to identify and pursue new business opportunities while nurturing relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Your responsibilities include conducting product presentations, negotiations, and collaboration with internal teams to meet sales targets and promote the growth of our business. With a focus on delivering value and exceeding customer expectations, you will play a crucial role in driving the success and expansion of our Sign, Display and Digital department. The role will focus on the sale and support of Ball & Doggett’s extensive consumables range. This product range includes self‑adhesive films, inks, rigid boards, synthetic films, banner and much more. The successful candidate would also work with our equipment team to uncover new leads in the Wide‑format Printer and Industrial Equipment segments. Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities Increase profitable sales and meet agreed business goals and sales targets. Develop tactical sales plans for a portfolio of customers and prospects. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication and follow‑ups. Analyse customer needs and prepare tailored proposals to maximise opportunities. Utilise CRM software to capture data, track activities, and drive sales. Manage customer pricing and resolve queries in a timely manner. Coordinate promotional materials and EDMs in collaboration with the Marketing team. Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify risks and opportunities. Represent Ball & Doggett professionally with customers, industry contacts, and colleagues. Qualifications Proven minimum 5 years of experience and/or qualifications in sales. Experience in the signage and/or wide‑format print industries would be a definite advantage. A clear understanding of the sales process and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities. Exceptional communication and relationship‑building skills. Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail. The ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with internal teams. High computer literacy and experience using CRM systems. Resilience, persistence, and a positive, energetic attitude. Relevant experience in and thorough understanding of the Print Industry & market. Why Join Us?
