We’re looking for a strategic and innovative Learning & Development professional to lead a small, committed team and drive impactful learning initiatives across our entire business. As a 12‑month fixed‑term (parental leave coverage) contract, this is a great opportunity for an experienced Learning & Development Manager to truly add value in an exciting organisation, or a Senior Specialist ready to put their knowledge and skill into practice in a dynamic environment. This is a unique opportunity to truly own the L&D function —to reimagine how learning is delivered, embed a culture of growth and performance, and implement scalable, tech‑enabled solutions that make a real difference. You’ll be empowered to lead change, influence senior stakeholders, and shape the future of capability development across a global organisation. What You’ll Be Doing Design and implement enterprise‑wide learning frameworks and programs Lead the redesign of induction and ongoing training experiences Drive performance and compliance through engaging learning strategies Champion modern, tech‑enabled learning methodologies Oversee quality assurance programs and leverage AI for coaching Manage LMS platforms and e-learning content Partner with stakeholders to align learning with strategic goals Mentor and develop a collaborative, innovative L&D team What You’ll Bring Proven experience in instructional design and learning consulting Strong background in compliance and capability development Proficiency in LMS administration and AI‑enhanced learning tools Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills Experience leading high‑performing teams Strong project management and analytical skills Relevant qualifications in HR, Business, Education or Cert IV in Training & Assessment Why Scenic?
