Business Development Manager – Document Solutions Leading Brand in the Document and Print Solutions Look after the SA Territory Sell some great products Epson is looking for a highly driven Business Development Manager to join our team to promote and support channel engagement with end users, focusing on selling print solutions and products related to document solutions into the South Australia market. While we’re firmly established in this market, there are still further growth opportunities, and this role will focus on identifying these opportunities and expanding our business. You will report to the Regional Sales Manager, and your key responsibilities will include: Achieving sales targets set by the Regional Manager Establishing new business in targeted vertical markets Maintaining and growing existing business through effective management of key accounts Building and maintaining relationships with key channel partners, decision makers, end-users, and industry influencers Providing product demonstrations and sales concepts to all levels Keeping accurate records and reporting You’re the right candidate if you: Have a strong focus on customer service, with a proven track record of earning customer trust and loyalty Know the document solutions/print channel space well, including products like copiers, printers, and scanners Enjoy building and maintaining strong business relationships Have a minimum of 4 years of account management or business development experience Are motivated to achieve and exceed sales targets Have a proven sales track record in IT or printing, which is preferred Possess good knowledge of professional photo printing, digital print workflows, color management, and managed print services Can manage customer expectations from start to finish of the sales process Work well with others and support a small team to grow the South Australian business If you meet all these criteria, we’d love to hear from you Apply now For over 50 years, Epson has been a global technology innovator, known for creating many world firsts in printing, projection, robotics, wearables, and more.
