Qualifications 3 years of experience in a broker or leadership role (TL, Assistant TL, or 2IC) within the asset finance sector. An unwavering passion for developing and inspiring teams to achieve peak performance in a commercial environment. Hands‑on experience with Cloud SAAS, including CRMs, dialler systems, and call recording platforms. Exceptional organisational and planning prowess, with meticulous attention to the intricacies of commercial finance processes. A sharp, analytical mind capable of rapid problem‑solving in dynamic commercial scenarios. Impeccable verbal and written communication skills, tailored for effective interaction with both clients and commercial lenders.
