Join the growing Buro Seating division within ACCO Brands Australia as a full-time Sales Executive , responsible for managing and growing our customer portfolio across Victoria, South Australia, and Tasmania . This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who excels at relationship management, territory growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You’ll work fully remote from Victoria, with regular interstate travel to visit customers, attend meetings, and represent Buro Seating across your region. You’ll be the primary point of contact for your customer base, driving sales performance, developing strong commercial partnerships, and expanding Buro Seating’s presence across key markets. What you’ll be doing Manage, maintain, and grow sales across the VIC/SA/TAS territory in line with national sales and revenue targets Build strong relationships with customers, acting as their primary day-to-day contact Proactively identify sales opportunities and support promotional initiatives through outbound calls and scheduled contact cycles Develop a structured call cycle in partnership with the National Sales Manager Provide exceptional service by coordinating with internal teams to resolve order queries, pricing issues, or delivery requirements Manage customised orders, ETAs, and special product requests Record accurate customer interactions, visit notes, and updates Collaborate closely with the Customer Support team to ensure timely communication and smooth order processing Support national customer accounts where required Represent Buro Seating professionally during customer visits, trade events, conferences, and industry functions Ensure compliance with ACCO Brands policies (travel, expenses, code of conduct, WHS, etc.) Support sales and marketing activities across Australia as needed What we’re looking for 3-4 years' experience in territory management within B2B environments Experience in furniture, seating, fit-outs, or commercial interiors (highly advantageous) Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills High level of ownership, organisation, and the ability to work autonomously in a remote environment Proven ability to manage a broad territory autonomously with regular travel Solid experience using MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Strong attention to detail and commitment to exceptional customer service Valid Australian driver’s licence and willingness to travel across VIC/SA/TAS Australian citizenship, permanent residency, or valid work rights Experience using SAP or similar CRM/ERP systems (highly advantageous) What we offer Competitive salary + commission structure Remote work with autonomy and flexibility Supportive national team environment Ongoing training, development, and career growth opportunities Access to company-wide wellness programs and employee discounts The opportunity to represent a trusted, high-quality commercial seating brand About ACCO Brands ACCO Brands is one of Australia and New Zealand’s largest and most trusted providers of office products and solutions.
