A global Tier 1 solar brand, backed by a Fortune 500 parent company, is expanding its presence in Australia. With only one team member currently on the ground, we are seeking a driven Business Development Manager to accelerate growth and strengthen our presence in this dynamic market. This is a unique opportunity to make your mark: you'll work directly with global leadership, represent a top international solar brand, and help shape long-term success in Australia. About the Company Our client is a globally recognized provider of solar products and services, with a track record that includes: Consistently ranked as a Tier 1 PV Module Manufacturer by BloombergNEF since Recipient of multiple international awards for quality and performance. Trusted worldwide for innovation, reliability, and commitment to sustainability. Key Responsibilities Drive sales of solar modules (primary) and energy storage solutions (secondary). Build and manage B2B client relationships, focusing on EPCs and C&I projects. Represent the company at exhibitions, events, and partner marketing activities. Collaborate with global teams while shaping the local strategy in Australia. Candidate Profile Minimum 3 years' experience in solar module sales (5+ years preferred). Proven success in B2B client and channel development. Strong background in the solar / renewable energy sector. High integrity and commitment to respecting existing partner relationships. What’s on Offer Competitive compensation: Experienced candidates – from AU$10k / month. Senior candidates (5+ years) – up to AU$15k–18k / month. Base salary + 13th month + performance bonus / commission. Direct reporting to the Business Unit Director. The chance to play a leading role in the company's growth story in Australia.
