The Opportunity We’re looking for a motivated and creative Marketing & Admissions Assistant to join our Melbourne team. This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced role supporting the delivery of marketing, admissions, and event activities - helping future students discover and engage with NFC. You’ll work closely with the Founder & Director, Marketing & Admissions Manager and our creative campus teams to bring ideas to life, connect with students, and keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. Key Responsibilities Marketing & Digital Support Assist with the creation and scheduling of social media content (especially TikTok and Instagram). Help coordinate content days, photoshoots, and marketing materials. Support digital and email marketing campaigns. Update website content and event listings. Maintain databases and assist with marketing performance tracking. Admissions & Enrolment Support Be one of the first points of contact for future students - via phone, email, and social media. Schedule and manage campus tours, info sessions, and appointments. Assist with enrolment administration for Melbourne, Sydney, and online programs. Keep CRM and student records accurate and up to date. Events & Community Engagement Help plan and deliver open days, workshops, and on‑campus activations. Support school and community outreach events (some light travel will be required). Assist with student‑led initiatives and creative campus experiences. Opportunity to host our weekly Networking Events with industry guests. Who You Are You’re energetic, organised, and love being part of a creative, fast‑moving environment. You take pride in presentation and communication, enjoy connecting with people, and thrive when juggling multiple things at once. You’ll bring: A strong interest in fashion, youth culture and creative industries. 1‑2+ years experience in marketing, education, communications, events, or admin. Confidence using social media platforms like Instagram and TikTok. Excellent communication skills - written and verbal. Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay organised.
