Seventh-day Adventist Schools (Victoria) Ltd is seeking an enthusiastic Receptionist to join the team at Heritage College, Narre Warren. This is a Full-time, Fixed Term position commencing in January 2026 until December 2026. Heritage College offers a unique setting where Christian values provide stability and purpose in a rapidly changing world. The school is dedicated to fostering life‑long learning and equips students with resilience and hope for the future. The College provides co‑educational Christian education from 3 and 4‑year‑old Early Learning through to Year 12. About the role: The role involves welcoming visitors and maintaining a professional and friendly reception environment, while efficiently managing incoming calls, emails, mail, and deliveries. It includes maintaining accurate student attendance records, visitor registers, and key school databases, as well as providing comprehensive administrative support to school leadership through scheduling, meeting coordination, and general office tasks. Qualifications: Relevant qualification and/or 2-3 years of customer service experience Proficient IT skills including Google and Microsoft suites Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional manner Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively Screening Requirements: Reference checks will be undertaken including referencing your ability to work safely with children By applying for this role, you consent to Adventist Schools Victoria submitting your name to be screened by Adsafe Limited, the child protection arm of the Seventh‑day Adventist Church, to see whether any child related concerns or risks about you are known to the SDA Church Only those with a legal right to work in Australia may apply, and the appointing body reserves the right to fill this position at its discretion and to close applications early.
