At Zurich, we don't just cover, we care. We are offering an exciting opportunity to join Zurich's General Insurance business as a Partnerships Specialist. This is a dynamic new role where you will play a pivotal role in shaping underwriting governance and assurance across our General Insurance Partnerships team. Collaborate with trusted MGA and delegated program partners and influence key internal stakeholders to drive meaningful impact and innovation. Key to your success will be your initiative in developing strong stakeholder relationships and continuously enhancing how we manage and operate our strategic partnerships. Your key responsibilities will include: Monitoring Partner's adherence to the Delegated Programs Framework Completion of assurance activity & associated regulatory requirements Assistance with onboarding tasks for new partnerships and lifecycle oversight Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in the management & operation of Partnerships Important to your success - Unlock your potential Experience in managing delegated authorities is preferred Broad knowledge & understanding of General Insurance Products Proven experience with stakeholder management & delivering tasks to deadlines - to meet core deliverables of influencing a range of internal clients and external partners, usually MGAs Understanding of insurance governance, compliance & regulatory requirements Exceptional communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills Excellent initiative, with the ability to be adaptable in an agile environment.
