What You Bring 7–10 years of experience in business development, in life sciences or pharmaceutical companies. Proven expertise in client relationship management and strategic account planning. Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools (Salesforce experience preferred).
