Working alongside this established CEO, you’ll act as their right hand operator and free them up to focus on what they do best – steering the business, M&A, relationship building and planning strategic growth. They are a rapidly growing business, offering integrative technology support to the financial services industry. You will be the consummate professional and your natural instinct is to not only ‘own’ your work, but to deliver the highest standard of service to your CEO. You’ll continuously work in tandem to ensure their days are focused on achieving the company goals. With this in mind, you can expect to undertake the following responsibilities: Proactively manage a very busy diary, allocating time to the highest priorities and ensuring deadlines are being met. Coordinate travel, accommodation and logistics for both internal and external meetings (the CEO will travel across 5 offices, including on internationally), on a weekly basis. High‑level ELT management – prepare ELT papers (fortnightly), create agendas, minutes and action items. Some may be taped but ideally you’ll possess very speedy typing and document layout skills. Work in lockstep with the Executive Business Partner, supporting internal projects, managing stakeholder relationships and contributing to planning where required. Draft and review high‑level correspondence coupled with editing and proofreading documents to ensure a high standard of presentation and clarity. Utilise Copilot on a regular basis, accurately describing your intentions and requirements, ensuring it learns the CEO’s style for all future correspondence and company documents. Assist with the organisation of company events (led by the Executive Admin & Employee Experience Coordinator). Assist with ad‑hoc personal work, offering hands‑on support to other leaders when required and being a key point of contact for the leadership team overall. Having worked at C‑Suite before, you will be acutely aware that when supporting a high‑performing CEO your work is never confined to a standard job description.
