About the role Based in our new offices in Frenchs Forest, we are recruiting for a permanent Full time Administrator to work closely with our Ophthalmology teams to administer and deliver medications to clinics and patients. The successful candidate must have great attention to detail and previous experience with administration. Comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided. Responsibilities include: Assist with dispensing patient medications for clinics Prescription management Treatment reporting and reconciliations Establishing/maintaining high level of customer service for clinics Responding to queries via phone, email or general correspondence Assisting with the day to day running of the office environment General administration Skills, experience and requirements include: Professional and friendly manner Proactive, with the ability to solve problems and work independently Strong attention to detail Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and competing deadlines A good team player with a “can do” attitude Experience working in a pharmacy, health care or medical industry an advantage If you have a winning spirit, are customer and solution focused and would love to work for an innovative and dynamic company then please submit a cover letter and resume via the link.
