Commercial & Business Development Manager – Tim Davies Landscaping Based in our Osborne Park office, this newly created senior leadership role gives you real influence over TDL’s future. You’ll drive new business across our Commercial Design, Construction, and Maintenance departments, uncover opportunities, build relationships, and shape growth. Key Responsibilities Growth Strategy: Collaborate with department managers to pinpoint market opportunities and design targeted growth strategies. Client Relationships: Serve as trusted advisor to existing and prospective clients, building long‑term partnerships. Winning Proposals: Lead the creation of fee proposals, bids, pre‑qualifications, and tenders. Industry Visibility: Represent TDL at events and networking forums, elevating our profile and expanding our reach. Data-Driven Success: Use our CRM to track activity, uncover insights, and turn opportunities into results. Qualifications & Skills Exceptional communication skills with a collaborative and genuine approach. Strong relationship builder who is comfortable turning opportunities into live projects. Collaborator who takes the time to understand TDL’s existing capabilities. Established industry member with contacts and pre‑existing relationships. Strategic thinker who produces compelling proposals and well‑structured strategy documents. Technical construction knowledge and practical contractual experience. Tertiary qualification that lends credibility to this leadership role. Alignment with TDL’s values of Respect, Integrity, Accountability and Passion.
