The Opportunity: We are seeking an OC Manager who is ready to take the next step in their career and be a key player in our success story. In this role, you will manage a mixed portfolio comprising of Tier 2 to Tier 5 buildings. This is a permanent, full-time position based at our Rosanna Office. Your Day-to-Day: Manage a portfolio of OC properties, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations. Coordinate maintenance and repairs of common areas, collaborating with contractors for quality outcomes. Lead AGMs and owners' meetings, preparing agendas, reports, and minutes with clear communication. Provide expert advice to owners, committees, and residents on all strata-related matters. Maintain financial records, budgets, and strata levies to ensure transparency and integrity. Develop and implement management plans and long-term maintenance strategies. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience as an OC Manager managing a variety of buildings. Proven experience in managing a portfolio of residential and/or mixed-use buildings (Tiers 2–5). Strong knowledge of OC legislation, building management, and compliance standards. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - able to build trust quickly. A current driver’s license and vehicle to manage properties across the area.
