About the Role Canberra-based hunter. Existing enterprise and public sector network. Proven track record selling into Canberra (federal government, large enterprises, or major institutions). Solutions seller across multiple offerings such as tech, services and finance. Comfortable learning and selling a diverse portfolio. Demonstrated experience packaging multi-offering solutions rather than just “one product at a time.” Values-driven and genuinely motivated by First Nations impact. Clear interest in First Nations economic empowerment and reconciliation, and able to credibly tell that story in the market. Humble, coachable and willing to listen, learn and represent the company legacy. Strong relationship-building skills, with examples of retaining and expanding key accounts during periods of change (mergers, acquisitions, or rebrands). Comfortable presenting a structured “listening tour” with existing customers, reassuring them while uncovering new opportunities. Self-starting operator who thrives in ambiguity and growth. Happy to build their own pipeline, sales rhythm and local presence. Evidence of being proactive, resilient, and “hungry” — whether earlier in their career or reinventing themselves for a more meaningful, purpose-led role. Required Skills Proven sales experience in the Canberra market. Strong relationship-building skills. Ability to package multi-offering solutions. Values-driven with a focus on First Nations impact. Experience in tech, services, and finance sectors. Existing network within the enterprise/public sector.
