Your focus will be on developing new business while strengthening partnerships with major firms across the Big 4, mid‑tier, and specialist sectors. You will excel through your ability to : Build and manage a robust and high‑quality sales pipeline Develop trusted, long‑term relationships with senior stakeholders Deliver tailored education solutions aligned to client needs Negotiate commercial agreements that deliver mutual value Partner internally with marketing, education, finance, and content teams to optimise outcomes What You’ll Bring 5+ years of proven B2B sales success—ideally within professional services (accounting, tax, or legal) A track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets Strong consultative selling and relationship management capabilities Confidence engaging senior decision‑makers, both remotely and in‑person Commercial acumen and strong negotiation skills Proficiency in CRM and sales reporting tools Willingness to travel interstate when required What Success Looks Like Hitting new revenue and retention targets Expanding footprint within existing client firms High levels of client satisfaction and repeat business Accurate pipeline management and reliable forecasting If you’re looking for a role where your sales expertise directly influences the professional development of some of Australia’s most established firms, while being supported by collaborative teams and a highly regarded industry provider, this is the opportunity to consider.
