Position Overview We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Commis Chef to join our kitchen team at Lerice. Key Responsibilities Assist in the preparation and cooking of brunch dishes under the guidance of the Head Chef and Sous Chef. Ensure all dishes are prepared and presented to the highest standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, including washing dishes, cleaning workstations, and managing waste. Assist with kitchen setup and breakdown at the beginning and end of each shift. Support the senior chefs with stock management and ordering of ingredients. Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times. Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure efficient and smooth kitchen operations. Stay up-to-date with new trends in brunch cuisine and continually develop your skills. Skills & Qualifications 1 year of relevant work experience. Available to work mornings Mon - Sun (Mon morning, Tue morning, Wed morning, Thu morning, Fri morning, Sat morning, Sun morning). Working rights required. Strong communication skills and a team‑oriented attitude. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Understanding of food safety practices and hygiene regulations.
