Recruitment consultant | Specialist in Real estate, Tech & Education | Passion for talent development and career growth About the Role Our client, a well-established real estate agency in Riverwood, is seeking a highly motivated Personal Assistant to the Director to support daily sales activities and ensure smooth business operations. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, organised, and passionate about property or sales. Key Responsibilities Assist the Director with day‑to‑day tasks related to real estate sales Coordinate property inspections, client appointments, and follow‑ups Prepare sales documents, marketing materials, and listing presentations Manage customer enquiries and provide excellent client service Support the Director in driving sales activities and maintaining client relationships Handle basic administrative duties to keep operations running efficiently Requirements Must live in or near the Riverwood area and be familiar with the local community Previous experience in real estate or sales (any industry) is highly preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills High level of organisation and attention to detail Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks Fluent in English; Mandarin is an advantage What We Offer Opportunity to work directly with an experienced Director Clear career development pathways within the real estate industry Supportive and collaborative team environment If you’re motivated, detail‑oriented, and looking to grow your career in real estate, we’d love to hear from you.
