Personal Assistant (Hybrid – Sydney Based) | 15 hrs/week | Starting ASAP Winston Gray Consulting Remote + Sydney-based errands and meetings Casual: 15 hours/week to start About the Role Winston Gray is looking for a highly organised, confident, and forward-thinking Personal Assistant to support the Founder across business operations, BNI commitments, client coordination, and personal life admin. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, loves bringing structure to chaos, and takes pride in staying five steps ahead. You’ll be the person who keeps everything moving - calmly, quietly, and with exceptional attention to detail. This is a hybrid role: mostly remote admin, with in-person errands and occasional client-facing support across Sydney. A driver’s licence is essential. What You’ll Be Doing Business Support Manage the Founder’s calendar, schedule meetings, and maintain weekly flow Respond to emails, draft communication, and flag important threads Book and coordinate business partner 1-to-1s, prepare weekly DEERs, track contributions Manage LinkedIn inbox, respond to messages, and elevate opportunities Maintain and update CRM entries, leads, follow-ups, and reminders Prepare meeting notes, summaries, and follow-up actions Support with light project coordination and admin tasks Scheduling interviews and shortlisting candidates Personal Support Book appointments (medical, personal, beauty, lifestyle) Make restaurant bookings and manage reservations Pick up and drop off dry cleaning and miscellaneous items Assist with personal errands and household admin Manage a simple weekly priority and tasks dashboard Client-Facing Presence Occasionally attend meetings or chambers Represent the Founder professionally and confidently Assist with workshop setup, printing, and logistics Who You Are You are naturally: Organised, structured, reliable Warm, mature, and composed Discreet and professional Two steps ahead at all times Calm in fast-paced or shifting environments You must have: A valid driver’s licence High emotional intelligence Confidence interacting with senior professionals Experience as a PA, EA, Coordinator, or similar role Bonus (not required): Experience as a PA, EA, Coordinator, or similar role Hours, Flexibility & Growth ~15 hours per week (flexible scheduling) Casual to start, with opportunity to grow Remote-first, with local errands and meetings when needed Close working relationship with the Founder If you love being the person who keeps everything running smoothly, anticipates needs, and brings calm structure to busy environments - this role is for you.
