Salary package of $130,000 + Super, plus a potential bonus of up to $20,000. 12-month fixed‑term contract with the possibility of extension and the potential to transition to permanent employment. THE ROLE Our client is a rapidly growing company in the plastic packaging industry, known for leveraging advanced technology and sourcing premium, high‑quality materials to deliver innovative and reliable packaging solutions. They are currently seeking a skilled and driven Sales and Business Development Manager to accelerate business growth, cultivate strategic client relationships, and expand the company's market presence. DUTIES Build and maintain strategic relationships with key accounts in Victoria and South Australia, delivering exceptional service and uncovering new business opportunities. Prepare and present regular client performance reports and insights to senior management. Travel within the assigned territory, including multi‑night and overnight stays, as required. Gain in‑depth understanding of key client needs and requirements through detailed sales analysis and reporting. Adhere to OH&S policies and procedures, particularly when operating company vehicles or visiting client sites. REQUIRED SKILLS At least 5 years' experience in account management and business development, working with multinational clients, particularly in providing product solutions for the meat, dairy, and/or agriculture sectors, with a proven record of achieving results. Experience in plastics and flexible packaging, including knowledge of how products and solutions integrate within these manufacturing markets. Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong history of building and sustaining multi‑level relationships with clients. Demonstrates a high level of professionalism, honesty, and integrity.
