Role Description - Work alongside the founder in the heart of the business This is a unique opportunity to work alongside the founder of the company in helping to build the next phase of our growth. The vast majority of Cascade's sales to date have been inbound – this role will be focused on helping to expand that motion into the outbound space. We have the best product, incredible marketing and some of the brightest minds in tech. Your role will be to harness those things into a scalable and successful outbound motion in our selected verticals. This is an outbound role – that means building strategic prospecting approaches, then hitting the phones, LinkedIn and email to deliver net‑new opportunities for our sales team. As with any outbound sales role, you'll need to be comfortable being uncomfortable and have a relentless focus on results. This is a full‑time role for a Business Development Representative, located in our office near World Square, Sydney. You'll be set goals set around pipeline development, net‑new meetings booked and activities. You'll work directly alongside the APAC go‑to‑market team, led by Cascade's founder and Chief Product Officer.
